With this vision, PanGenomics, a molecular and genetic laboratory was founded in 2014. An N.A.B.L. accredited PanGenomics, a subsidiary of Sterling Accuris Diagnostics offers the opportunity to improve health outcomes with genetic testing and counseling.

Moreover, PanGenomics* has also been authorised by ICMR & Govt. of India to conduct COVID-19/ Corona Testing by RT –PCR Method.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Genetic Testing: We offer clinical genetic testing for over 300 different genetic conditions using various technologies including Karyotyping, Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), Array Comparative Genomic Hybridization (aCGH), PCR, real time PCR, Multiplex Ligation-dependent Probe Amplification (MLPA), repeat expansion analysis, Sanger sequencing and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).

Counselling: PanGenomics offers technical consultation regarding testing and its interpretation to medical professionals. The process helps the medical professional to clearly understand the genetic test results, diagnosis and the options for treatment. Counselling the patients can help assess risks and determine the most appropriate genetic testing options.

Contract Research Organizations (CRO): PanGenomics acts as a companion and helps Contract Research Organizations (CRO)s to co-relate and determine the impact of genetics on the outcome of the trials. At times, it collaborates with CROs to develop a companion diagnostic.
