Membership and Benefits
- The B+ve Family Membership benefits are accessible exclusively via our website and mobile apps and are not applicable at physical labs or centers.
- Memberships are non-transferable, and benefits are available only in serviceable locations where Sterling Accuris labs and centres of operate.
- Memberships are available to users with an Indian mobile number, through website and mobile application only. Benefits can only be utilized by the registered member.
- Membership benefits cannot be combined with any other discount scheme.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- GST will be charged in addition to the membership fee and for adding family members to an existing membership.

Reward Points
- Reward points are calculated based on the discounted amount, not the total amount spent, with 1 point equal to 1 rupee.
- Points can be redeemed only for lab tests & health packages and up to 50% of the discount value can be used per order. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.
- Unused reward points expire 365 days from the accrual date.
- No points are accrued for orders made outside the website and mobile apps.

Membership Usage
- Memberships and associated benefits are exclusive to the website and mobile apps; physical lab and center visits do not provide membership access.
- Certain services like Body Composition Analysis, tests and packages require prior appointments at the lab and are not available through home collection, hence the patient may have to visit the laboratory.
- All medical reports are accessible only to the registered member and associated family members. However, member can see the reports of sub-members referred/ added by the member.
- The reports given by Sterling Accuris are diagnostic in nature and any medicine should be taken as per Doctor’s prescription only.

Personal Information and Profile Changes
- Members must ensure their personal and family information is accurate and up to date. Incorrect information may affect membership benefits.
- Changes to the member profile may result in revocation of membership benefits.

Corporate Membership
- Customized corporate memberships are available through specific tie-ups. Benefits are subject to the terms of the corporate agreement and cannot be combined with other membership plans.

- Sterling Accuris reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the membership page. Members are encouraged to review these terms regularly.

- Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad.
