- Membership Plan: B+ve Family Membership benefits are available and can be utilized only through our website and mobile apps. These benefits are not available at our physical labs and centers.
- Fasting Requirement: For a Body Checkup, 10 to 12 hours of fasting is necessary before giving the samples. Do not consume any fluids except water.
- Medication: Medicines should be taken as per your doctor's instructions.
- Appointment: Prior appointment is necessary.
- GST: GST is extra at the time of purchasing a membership or adding family members to your membership.
- Exclusive Scheme: No other discount scheme can be combined with this scheme. This membership benefits exclusively apply only on our website and mobile apps.
- Visiting a store will not provide you with membership benefits.
- Point Expiry: Unutilized points will expire 365 days (1 year) from the accrual date. If no points are used within a continuous period of 365 days, the entire points balance for both members and non-members will lapse and cannot be used.
- Discount Rule: Certain tests, according to the service category discount rule, apply and can only be utilized on digital and customer channels.
- No Points Accrual: No accrual of reward points if the user utilizes their points other than on the website and mobile apps.
- Reward Points: Reward points are calculated based on the discounted amount, not the total amount. 1 point equals 1 rupee.
- Points Redemption: Points in the membership can only be redeemed against the value for lab tests, as per the terms and conditions, and cannot be redeemed as a cash refund of any kind.
- Terms Update: Terms and conditions may be updated by the management from time to time. Please contact the lab for the latest terms and conditions. Subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
- Body Composition Analysis: For Body Composition Analysis, you will need to visit the lab with a prior appointment.
