Sterling Accuris Pathology Laboratory consistently thrive to meet the requirements and expectations of our clients with excellent professional service approach. The organization is committed to provide accurate and reliable test results from analysis of human clinical specimens, deliver the test report maintaining confidentiality and within defined time frame. This is achieved through,

• Perform analysis in accordance with stated methods, laboratory policies and procedures, and the client’s requirements. Any exceptions that may jeopardize the validity of the test results are clearly communicated to the client;
• A Quality System based on ISO 15189 and applicable NABL 112 is utilized;
• Continually improving the effectiveness of the management system;
• A rigorous Quality Control Program: Use of third-party or manufacturer QC material and participating in various PT / ILC programs, implementing and adhering to the established IQC and PT plan, monitoring the performance and taking corrective actions as and when appropriate;
• Extending and upgrading the scope of laboratory testing services and laboratory resources based on the current needs of laboratory users and diagnostic technology;
• Ensuring and maintaining satisfactory competency level of laboratory staff through training and evaluation.
